Made in America Coordinate Measuring Machines in both Manual and DCC (Motorized) Systems. Sizes range from benchtop models to large 40 inch Z Axis machines. All systems include Helmel's "Geomet" Software, available in several levels from basic to comprehensive, and CMM Manager for CAD Based CMM programming and inspection. Systems support the Renishaw range of touch-trigger 3 and 5-axis probe systems and scanning probes. Helmel offers the CyberOptics laser line scanning system and software (formerly Lased Design) for Reverse Engineering and Cloud-to-Model inspection with their CMMs, compatible with several 3rd party software offerings. Helmel also features Shaft Measuring Machines in both Manual and DCC (Motorized) formats.
Full turnkey services include the CMM with fixture design/build, programming, custom output/SPC and integration with automation.
