Millinocket Fabrication & Machine, LLC is in our 115th year providing Large Machining and Fabricating services for custom metal parts to 15 tons. What sets us apart is our ability to Fabricate & Machine large parts and assemblies We can machine parts up to 14' in diameter. Our lathe capacity is to 82'' dia x 21', we do full milling and threading, vertical boring to 90`` large horizontal boring and 100''x60''x40'' CNC horizontal milling. We cut gears up to 90’’ in diameter. We can provide patterns and machined castings in steel, cast iron, bronze, aluminum, ni hard, ni resist, stainless and many other alloys.
We have extensive experience in rebuilding and supplying new Rotary Valves, Hydro Parts, Grinder Shafts, Cylinders, Hydro Pen Stock, Expansion Joints, Distributor Manifolds, Steel Tanks, Vacuumn Chambers along with other parts. In our Fabrication shop we plasma cut up to 3'' stainless along with plate and angle rolling. We have 1'' x 12'' plate rolls along with our 3/4'' x 8' rolls.
