NSK America Corporation and Jaeger Spindles offer high-speed electric and pneumatic spindles and motors for micro and nano machining applications. These products are ideal for turning, machining, grinding, Swiss style machines and automation systems. Our spindles offer an accuracy of < 1 micron T.I.R with speeds up to 160K RPM and 90HP. Our other products include a new fully tool-changeable electric system for machining centers, ergonomic high-speed micro grinder systems with speeds up to 320,000 rpm, and ultrasonic systems for polishing and cutting.
