SIMTEK was founded in 1994. Almost 600 highly passionate employees located at six global SIMTEK locations develop, produce and sell high performance carbide tools. SIMTEK stands for high quality carbide precision tools with high performance ability. The standard range of tools includes more than 11,000 tools for grooving, turning, milling, broaching. thread whirling and polygon milling applications. The standard range starts with small part machining tools for applications in bores as of Ø 0.0012" (0,3mm) and goes up to multirow, high complex disc milling cutters with a diameter of 7.874" (200mm).
In 2016, SIMTEK USA was founded and since then represents the brand directly in the United States.
